C. BERGER GROUP, INC. ANNOUNCES STAFF APPOINTMENT

Carol Stream, IL- C. Berger Group, Inc. (CBG), the Midwest's largest library personnel and information management services firm, announced the recent appointment of Chauntine J. Dorame to its headquarters' staff. As CBG's new Client Services Staffing Specialist, Ms. Dorame reports to Linda Jourdan, Manager, Client Services.

"Chauntine brings knowledge of human resources principles and hands-on library experience to her new role as a CBG staff consultant,” said Joel Patrick Berger, C. Berger Group's President. "Her enthusiasm and dedication to service are qualities that will be appreciated by our clients in their business relationships."

Ms. Dorame is CBG’s client contact for temporary and direct hire placements in academic, healthcare, association, media, publishing and not for profit settings. Her duties include identifying and interviewing degreed and highly trained individuals to ensure that they possess the skills that match each client's needs as well as monitoring their progress on assignments by regular contact with clients and workers. In addition, Chauntine is responsible for marketing and sales activities of the Client Services department, primarily through follows up calls. She also assists in executive searches by researching and recommending qualified specialists from CBG's pool, advertising to attract applicants and tracking candidates during the process. Departmental recordkeeping activities are other duties.

Prior to her employment with CBG, Ms. Dorame was a Human Resources Associate at Toys “R” Us, where she was involved in recruiting, interviewing and hiring new associates. From 2003-2004, she worked as a Children's Service Associate for the Naperville Public Libraries. Her duties included providing reference assistance to patrons, displaying materials and instructing patrons on the use of library equipment and resources. She provided similar services for students while employed at the Wheaton Warrenville South High School and at the Carol Stream Public Library.

Chauntine holds a Bachelor of Arts in broadcast communications from Western Illinois University and has completed additional courses at WIU and in the Library Technical Assistant program at the College of DuPage. She lives with her husband, Daniel and children, Brenda and Michael.
