May
5	Joel Berger is elected to a two year term as Director on the SLA IL Chapter Board.
5	Mary Lyn Pfeiffer, Joel Berger and Carol Berger attended the SLA IL Chapter luncheon meeting; Carol Berger received the Chapter's Distinguished Member award.
21	Joel Berger represented CBG as sponsor of the SLA IA Chapter business Meeting, Des Moines.
27	CBG sponsored the Library Council of Southeastern Wisconsin Annual conference, Milwaukee.
JUNE
5-10	CBG participated as an exhibitor at the SLA Annual Conference, Nashville, TN
7	Carol Berger presented the Karen J. Switt Leadership Award to Mary Lee Kennedy at the conference.

JULY
23	Carol Berger participated in a College of DuPage Library Technician Assistant Advisory Committee meeting.
AUGUST
1	Linda Jourdan was re-certified as a Certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association.

SEPTEMBER
9	Joel Berger attended the SLA IL Chapter dinner meeting in Chicago
17	CBG sponsored Reaching Forward South in Springfield; Edie Elliott, Cataloging Assistant at the Lewis and Clark Library System Cataloging Center won the Supportive Staffer of the Year Award.
27	Joel Berger participated in an orientation program for new students at the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
28-10/01	CBG participated as exhibitor at the Illinois Library Association annual conference in Chicago.
30	Joel Berger presented the Librarian of the Year Award to Kathleen Balcolm at ILA.
30	Linda Jourdan attended Illinois Staffing Association dinner with CBG's Temp of the Year, Dawn Evenhouse.
OCTOBER
15	Carol Berger participated in a University of Iowa GSLIS Advisory panel in Iowa City.
19	Carol Berger represented CBG as sponsor of the SLA WI Chapter dinner meeting in Milwaukee. Various attendees at the SLA, WI meeting held at Joey Buona's in Milwaukee, WI CBG was a sponsor at this event.
