CAROL A. BERGER is the founder C. Berger Group, Inc. (originally established as C. Berger And Company in 1982) and Chairman of CBG's Board of Directors.  She served as the firm's president until 2003, when she accepted the position of Manager, Marketing Communications.  Carol retired from CBG in December 2005; however she still comes into the office from time to time to assist CBG when needed.

JOEL PATRICK BERGER joined C. Berger Group, Inc. in January, 1998 as Contract Specialist and was promoted to Manager, Client Services in 2000, then to Chief Operating Officer in 2001 and elected President in 2003.  He oversees the general management of the firm and is responsible for financial results, strategic planning and goal setting for CBG’s marketing programs and business operations.  Joel provides leadership and direction for the firm’s office and field staff who supply temporary, permanent and contract staffing, project support and loose leaf filing services to libraries and knowledge centers throughout the US.

MARY LYN PFEIFFER has been CBG's Manager, Business Operations since April 1998 but has recently converted to part-time status.  She is currently responsible for overseeing the company's accounting aspects including receivables, payables, budgets and bank reconciliations.  She also assists when needed on special projects.
