Job Description: 

The firm is one of the world's leading e-Business consulting firms, providing services in all aspects of enterprise transformation, from strategy and processes to information technology and human resources. 

The primary objective of the Sample Posting position is to perform business research requests for a variety of industries or practice areas, utilizing a broad array of external as well as internal sources. The ability to engage in a reference interview with consultants and to understand their research requirements is essential.

Appreciation of the principles of KM is important, together with the ability to index and tag content to facilitate its retrieval within the portal, publish documents and HTML content within the portal, author 'teasers' to highlight significant content contributions, and provide source matter expertise and second-tier support for content questions and requests. Approximately 5-15% travel is expected.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Library or Information Science or a related subject is required. 

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience providing business research is required. 

• Strong candidates will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, working knowledge of major business and technology information sources, such as Dialog, LexisNexis, Investext and Dow Jones.

• Interactive, together with knowledge of hard copy business sources.
