About CBG

C. Berger Group, Inc. was founded in 1982 as C. Berger and Company by Carol A. Berger after having worked over 15 years as a library professional herself. She recognized the need for a single source of library and information management expertise, project management assistance and specialized personnel services for companies and institutions.

CBG's goal has been to provide a broad spectrum of personnel services to libraries in particular and to apply library and information science principles to business operations in general.

CBG's administrative and field staff include degreed and experienced library professionals and support workers. They service clients from academic, not-for-profit, public, business, educational, government, and industrial organizations including many Fortune 500 companies.
